Our story is really one of recreation.
The organization was based on the Quad City Airman's Association from the 40s. In 1998 a number of pilots here in the Quad Cites joined forces to dust off the old documents and kick off the QCAA a new.
The results have been fantastic!
People like YOU joined too, and now we are the fastest growing aviation organization in the Quad Cities!
Many folks have supported the rebirth with their talent and time. It worked because we are all about flying and the love of flight.
To prove just that we host a WANNABEE program every year. Through this effort we have introduced 100s from the bi-state area to general aviation.
We are investing in our general aviation community also. This year we will send two young people to the EAA Aviation Leadership Camp in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
In addition, we partner with other fine aviation organizations like the local EAA chapter 75 and the Mississippi Valley Aviators Association just to name a few.
As proud as we are about our accomplishments, we still are missing one thing….YOU. Come and Join us!
